Y-Project, le jeu de Westka Interactive, avait été annulé à la faillite de celui-ci, puis repris lors de la création de Joylabs, dont l'équipe contenait des développeurs issus de Westka. Cette fois-ci, c'est la bonne : Joylabs vient d'annoncer dans un communiqué de presse sa décision d'arrêter le développement d'Y-Project pour se consacrer entièrement à un tout nouveau jeu, Das Reich 2005 (nom temporaire).

The developer JOYLABS, consisting of the development team of the former game developer WESTKA Interactive (Cologne, Germany) and conducted by industry veteran Thomas Schaefer, has decided to stop the further development on the "The Y-Project" in favour of the complete new PC game title "DAS REICH 2005" (draft title).

JOYLABS presents a prototype of "DAS REICH 2005" at the E3 expo (05/14-05/16, L.A.) to international publishers.
