Soldier of Fortune 2 : petit tour d'horizon sur les tests
IGN est aussi très positif avec une note de 8,8 sur 10The high point of SoF2, by far, is its combat. There are only two games in the last year that I think match up to it on a purely visceral basis -- Halo and Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault, mostly due to the game's improved AI. Unlike the original game, SoF2's enemies are NOT pushovers, even on the easiest skill level. They'll hide behind trees, peek out to shoot, throw grenades, chase after you, call for reinforcements and even duck down into grass to hide. Enemies respond to the sounds of gunfire, and will also react when they notice a fallen enemy. Aside from the graphics, the AI is easily the biggest improvement over the original SoF, and it's most welcome.
Et concernant jeuxvideo.com... Euh non.Yes, shooting people in different places with different weapons can be very disturbing. Hands, feet, shins, legs, chunks of bodies, chunks of faces, chunks of heads, halves of bodies, chunky blood splats, decapitation, squirting holes, gaping wounds, bone fragments, brain globs... I could go on for some time. But honestly, after the novelty wears off the graphic violence becomes more of a subconsciously appreciated graphical touch than something that's required. It's nice to be able to mutilate a pesky guard, but it's also nice that the focus of Soldier of Fortune II is clearly on intense combat and not shattered skulls.
