JoWood l’admet dans le forum officiel : PainKiller Resurrection est sorti avec un mode coop pas terminé, alors que c’est la principale nouveauté de cette fausse suite vendue trop cher. Apparemment, c’est loin d’être le seul problème du jeu : la campagne ne contiendrait que six niveaux et serait buggée à mort.
Si malgré tout vous voulez tenter le coup, voilà comment jouer en coop, en attendant que JoWood sorte un patch simplifiant tout ça :
To play a coop game you have to start a dedicated server with the tool provided together with your game. Pull in the campaign maps from C9L01 to C9L06, choose FFA and start the game. You can also add / remove bots accompanying you there.
