Selon Gamespot, Softimage devrait présenter cette semaine au GDC 2004 (souvenez-vous) Softimage|XSI EXP dans sa version spéciale pour Half-Life 2.
Mieux, le logiciel (qui devrait être fourni avec le FPS de VALVe) pourrait sortir, toujours selon Gamespot, dès ce mercredi 24 mars. Il faudra alors le chercher sur cette page.
The Softimage XSI EXP for Half-Life 2 software includes toolsets for creating characters and hair, mixing and blending animations, applying real-time shaders, and rendering elements interactively. Anyone who downloads the software will also gain access to specialized tools and functions for outputting complex graphics into Half-Life 2, several key tutorials and scene files, and over 100 additional tutorials via the Softimage.com Half-Life 2 Community Center.
