La FAQ officielle de Duke Nukem Forever (le mélange le plus réussi à ce jour de vaporware et de running gag) a été mise à jour. Au programme des nouveautés et mises à jour : l'éditeur du jeu, la date de sortie (rires), la possibilité d'avoir deux armes (non), les tirs alternatifs sur chaque arme (oui), le niveau de violence du jeu, la musique, l'absence de coop en multi, différents autre trucs, et l'absence de pr0n dans le jeu :

"The reason we don't do total nudity, is that it would cross a legal line insofar as the game content rating would go. And if you go too far, it prohibits where and to whom you can sell your game to. And if you put out a game with too high ratings, you cut your own bottom line in terms of income."

"It's quite frankly stupid to have a few naked boobs (which is what all the 12 year olds asking this question are asking about anyway) and garner a higher rating. Want to see boobs? There's plenty of other ways to do that other than a computer game. It's not like we object to nudity on a personal standpoint (although you wouldn't want to see US nude) - it's not in there for the reasons stated above."
