We are more interested in your enthusiasm, talent and passion for game-play and design, than we are your veteran gaming industry experience. However, our ideal candidates would already be accomplished members of the online mod-making, mapping, modelling or skinning community and be looking to take their first step into the games industry.

Splash Damage a été créé début 2001, et est composé d'une partie de l'équipe ayant développé Q3F. Ils travaillent en collaboration avec id Software et Activision.
