Blue Monday a interviewé Vladimir Nikolaev à propos de Kreed, ce superbe FPS dont le moteur 3D pourrait concurrencer celui de Doom3. L'article parle un peu de tout mais n'entre jamais dans les détails. Cependant, il reste interessant à lire. Petit extrait:

Are the levels mostly indoors or outdoors?

The X-Tend engine was originally designed for indoor levels. We have created a portal system that shows only those parts of the game level which should be visible from the player’s viewpoint. But this doesn’t mean that Kreed will absolutely miss open spaces. Yet there won’t be so many of them, and they won’t be as large.

Will there be player-controlled vehicles?

Of course, there will be different transportation and striking devices which will vary in terms of both weapon and dynamics.
