Enfin... Gooseman vient d'annoncer que CS 1.2 proposera une option server side pour créer des pure servers. On se demande un peu pourquoi il aura fallu attendre aussi longtemps pour voir apparaître cette option (peut-être qu'il ne considérait pas que CS soit trop corrompu par les cheats basés sur les models/skins custom?). Voici un extrait du mail qu'il a envoyé a cs.nu:

CS 1.2 will have a server side switch that will prevent custom skins/models from being used (only for the player models and the 3rd person weapon models). This method has been used in Front Line Force to stop the aimbot and so far it's worked for FLF. It's a shame we had to resort to this but there was really no other way to stop the aimbot other than locking the skins.
